GreenCon is self-sustainable as a business entity and a manufacturing power house. Our ability to conduct business on a multinational basis secures our status on the international market. This is in line with the current globalisation trend that sees the harvesting of the best of each resources to create the synergy that develops continuous business growth.
Our procurement activities cover countries from Malaysia, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Taiwan and Singapore. This gives us the advantage of a continual supply of material and acquiring it at the most minimal cost available.
A total of 5 manufacturing plants are run simultaneously with continuous expansion constantly explored to meet the rapidly increasing demands of our customers. Currently we have 3 manufacturing plants in Malaysia and 2 in China. This strategic locality allows us to utilise the best of both local resources, namely rubberwood from Malaysia and labour power from China. From the saw mill to the packing process, all major processes are run internally to ensure a consistency in quality. Furniture are put through various PET (Product Endurance Test) and are scrutinised under a detailed Quality Control and Inspection System.
