Green Continental Furniture products are inspected to ensure that the purchased products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with this Green Continental Furniture product (the “Product”) and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Green Continental Furniture will, in its discretion, either compensate (Credit Note) or replace the Product or Replacement Part in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.
The warranty provided for herein applies only to the original purchaser of the Product. The duration of the warranty is 1 year started from date when the Product is Discharge at the Port. Before rising a particular claim or non-conformities, customers are advised to sort out the relevant information to ease the process. Example:

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, damages or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, non-residential use, improper installation, storage and handling.
- Any damages to the finishing caused by alcohol or water damage, exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures, household humidity or incorrect application of chemical treatment or any protective coating.
- Natural colour and grain variations which are considered normal in real solid wood products.
- Paint cracks in joints or visible glue lines in panels caused by natural expansion or contraction of raised panel.
- Any damages caused by transportation (by ocean freight for example)
