All products of Green Continental Furniture are handled with care and are inspected thoroughly prior to distribution. Customers are entitled to request for a detailed out-going inspection report (OIR) from us for further assurance.
Consequently, should there be any defects found in any of our products in terms of manufacturing material or workmanship, customers can contact us and we will provide the necessary follow-up. Green Continental Furniture will, in its discretion, either compensate or replace the defect product in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the warranty agreement.
