Our quality inspection system begins right from the in-coming process of material selection right up to the packaging and distribution process. Strict quality control is maintain throughout all procedures with supervision taking place at all times.
All out-going products are screened through a series of out-going inspections which cover the following criteria:
- General Assembly
- Hardware
- Cosmetic Defects
- Assembly Instruction
- Packaging
- Carton Marking
- Colour Variation
- Haptic
A detailed out-going inspection report (OIR) is available upon request. The availability of a warranty further reassure the total service we provide that complements our products. Should there be any dissatisfaction on the condition of a product, customers can contact us and we will provide the necessary follow-up.
