What is the objective of this website?
To create a platform for customers and the general public to learn more about about our company background, products offered, corporate philosophy and the support and warranty we offer. Visitors to our website will also be able to download useful information related to our company and industry as well as communicate with us via email. 
Why is there no price indicated in the product section?
The prices of our products are adjusted frequently as a result of both macro and micro economical costs fluctuation, i.e. crude oil, foreign currency exchange, raw material and labour cost. Thus to ensure that your price list is always up-to-date, we advise you to send us an enquiry.
What is the price validity?
On most common cases, our quoted price is valid for 1 year, but please get the latest information from our Marketing personnel to confirm the price before you place an order.
Are there any discounts from the quoted price?
It is not our policy to quote you higher price just so that we can offer you a 'discount' after. We prefer to quote you our best price from the beginning for a more efficient business dealing and relationship.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Instead of a MOQ, we accept orders on container basis. There are three options: 20’ (28m3); 40’ Std (48m3); 40’ HC (68m3). Each of our products has its own M3 value specified in its Product Specification, thus all you need to do is fill up the respective container space. Additionally, we don’t arrange for LCL shipment. Please accept quantity allowance of +/- 10% per order.
How many models can I order per container?
Virtually there is no limit. It is very normal to have a trail order with a variety of models. Thus we do not limit the model per order, however, we hope that customers understand that even though we will do all we can to expedite the delivery, more variety per order requires more lead time.
Can I modify the product that I ordered?
To a certain extent, yes. We are happy to change the colour and fabric for the order but specification and construction changes will have to be discussed further. Normally we do not encourage for such modifications especially for small quantity orders, as it will compromise the lead time and consume more resources.
What is the lead time for my order?
For the 1st order, the maximum lead time is 90 days. For a repeat order, it would be 45-60 days. Please take note that the lead times are calculated from the date we receive the deposit of the order.
What if I want to know further about Greencon?
We try our best to publish as much helpful information as possible on the website. We will also continue to update it on a monthly basis.
